There is a third path between hustle and hiding.

Hello Brave Souls!

There is a third path between hustle and hiding.

I spent years thinking those were the only two options. Hustle until you burn out, or disappear until you're "ready." Neither one ever felt like me.

The third path is slower. It's the one where you build the thing before you perform the thing. Where you get quiet enough to hear what you actually believe before you decide how loud to say it.

Depth is not a detour from success. It's the part nobody photographs, because it doesn't look like progress. It looks like sitting still. Reading the same page twice. Changing your mind on a Tuesday.

Your way of seeing is part of the work. The angle you notice. The detail you'd cut from someone else's post but can't stop looking at in your own. That's not decoration. That's the material.

Maybe that's why I keep reaching for black and white lately. Color asks you to decorate. Black and white just asks you to tell the truth.

I send the occasional email when something's worth your time, and only then.

Comment "IN" if you want on that list.

Comment "OUT" if you'd rather just follow along here. Either way, no hard feelings, I just want to respect your inbox.

Which one have you been stuck on: hustle, or hiding?
